Due to the nature of live aquatic animals:

All live fish sales are final
Returns of live animals are not accepted

Refunds or replacements are issued only:

Under an approved Live Arrival Guarantee claim, or
In cases of verified merchant error

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

By placing an order with 3 Bar Aquatics, customers acknowledge and agree to the following:

Live animals involve inherent risks associated with shipping and environmental conditions.
Customer responsibility begins upon confirmed carrier delivery.
3 Bar Aquatics is not responsible for losses resulting from improper acclimation, housing, or care after delivery.
No guarantees are provided beyond those expressly stated on this website.
Liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the livestock.
3 Bar Aquatics reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or delay shipments at its discretion for animal welfare or compliance reasons.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and applicable federal laws governing the interstate sale and transport of live aquatic animals.
